Shipping

We're happy to provide completely free shipping on all orders. This may take a little longer sometimes but it means we can give you tracked shipping completely free no matter the order size. Don't worry if you are abroad either, we ship internationally free of charge also!

Once your order has been placed you will receive a shipping confirmation (If you do not receive this mail please check your junk mail).

Please allow approximately 3 working days for processing and dispatch of orders and 5-7 days for shipping. After your item has been shipped you will be notified by email with your tracking number to follow your order.

 

Returns

We're sure you'll love your new Get Going gear, but if for any reason you would like to return your order we have a 14 day returns policy after your items have been delivered.

Just send us an email on our contact form with your order details and one of our customer service members will be happy to assist.

All returned items must be be in original packaging exactly as it was received. If this is not the case your item cannot be returned and refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be given if your items are significantly different from how they are described or shown on site.
